Becoming an incorporated Association

To establish your school, we suggest you set up your school as an Incorporated Association. There is a lot of information on the Department of Fair Trading's website about how to do this. You need to send in the forms to the Department of Fair Trading and they will send you an Incorporation status certificate. You can read information about this on their website, in many languages, at  the following page       www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au/about-fair-trading/access-and-equity/think-smart-program/community-language-information
